Montreal Flight Reimbursement

Please use this form to submit your dancers flight costs for reimbursement. Reiumbursemnt will be deducted from your dancers Individual Dancer Account Receipts will not be accepted via email, text, or messenger. Cheques will be distributed by our treasure Beth DeProphetis, who will co-ordinate a time for pick up once your submission has been approved.
